Q: Why does the app require location access on my phone?
Because we have the function of ‘Find My Device’ on the VITRO app. To enable this function, it needs to access the location service. Please allow this function when you firstly installed.
Q: Can I pair my device directly through my phone’s Bluetooth or computer Bluetooth?
No. You need to download app first on your phone.
For Android users, please download the VITRO app on the Google Play.
For iPhone users, please download the Bluefy browser on the App Store and visit app.vitroworld.com and follow the on-screen instructions.
For computers (with Bluetooth), please visit app.vitroworld.com on the Google Chrome (only) and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q: Can I use nicotine salt on the VITRO pod?
We strongly recommend to only use FDA authorized NON-SALT e-liquids in order to maximize the benefit of switching from combustible cigarette to VITRO ENDS while minimize the risk of nicotine dependence and HPHC (harmful and potentially harmful constituent) exposure.
A new ProCore Coil designed specifically for nicotine salts will be available soon.
Q: Why do I need to input the e-liquid information?
The e-liquid information is associated with the coil. And the info will be saved on the coil chip. Thus it helps to produce your vaping info more accurately.
Please update the e-liquid info every time when you replace the coil.
Q: Will it alert when battery is low?
Yes. It will vibrate when the remaining battery is lower than 10%. Before the battery is exhausted, the device will vibrate again then power off.
Q: How does the ‘Coil Protection’ work?
Based on the AST technology, the device will vibrate and stop the output when it detects a lack of e-liquid intake. Thus to protect the coil from dry-hits. You will also receive a notification in the VITRO app. Please check the coil condition and remaining e-liquid in the cartridge.
Q: Will it still work if I turn off the ‘Coil Protection Alert’?
Yes. If you turn off the ‘Coil Protection Alert’, you will not get the notification (no vibration, no app notification) when coil protection activates. But still it will work and cuts off the output to protect the coil. We kindly suggest keep the alert on.
Q: Will the ‘alert’ function still work if my device is not connected to the app?
Yes. The device will still vibrate when the alert activates even it is not connected to the app. However, when you connected to the app you will also get app notifications as well.
Q: I can not adjust the reminder puffs?
Please check that whether you have locked the setting. Tap the lock icon to unlock.
Q: Can I set my puff plan for today?
No. You can tap the control knob in the app to set your vaping plan for the next 1, 7 or 30 days. The control knob can be rotated clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease the vaping plan.
Q: Can I pair more devices under one account?
Yes. You can choose to pair other devices by ‘Switch Device’. Still, only one device can be connected at a time.
Q: What will happen if I unbind the device?
If you choose to unbind the device, its historical coil information including puffs and e-liquid info will be deleted.
Q: How does the ‘Find My Device’ work?
It works through the GPS on your phone. When the device is connected with the app, try ‘Find My Device’, the device will vibrate in return. When it is unconnected, you can see the location where it is connected last time. This function currently only works on Android phones.
Q: How can I contact you on the app?
On the profile page, tap ‘contact us’ and enter your question in details. We’ll get back to you asap. You’ll get the response at the ‘message notification’.
Q: How does the ‘lock device’ button work?
When the ‘lock device’ button is turned on, your device will not work until you turn it off. This button is turned off by default.
Q: My VITRO is not producing vapor.

Press the button and check the indicator light. If it blinks regularly in green or blue, then possibly the pod is NOT installed properly. Make sure the air-inlets are on the same sides.

Detach the VITRO pod and check if the coil head is installed in position.
Q: My VITRO pod is leaking, what shall I do?
High altitudes and changes in pressure may cause moisture or leakage.
Please wipe off the liquid. Keep these tips in mind to avoid leakage:
> Secure the coil head when installing.
> Puff gently. Aggressive puffs may draw liquid into the mouthpiece.
> Detach the VITRO pod if you do not use for a long time.
> Do not overfill the liquid.
Q: How to clean my VITRO?
Simply use dry cloth to gently clean your VITRO device: the slot where the pod sits, the inside of the cap and the charging port. Please do not try to open or take apart your VITRO device.
Q: My VITRO device isn’t charging?
The indicator light keeps red while charging and goes off after fully charged.
Please check:
> Check if it makes a clear connection with the charging cable.
> Switch to a different power source, either a wall adapter or a computer USB port.

Where can I find the authentic security code?
You can find the security code sticker on the product packaging box, scratch off the coating, and obtain the 16-digit code (from left to right, up to down).
VITRO provides a limited warranty to purchasers that this new VITRO product will be free of material defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use. This warranty lasts for 90 days after the date of initial purchase of a new, genuine VITRO product.


To be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST return the warranty registration card, the original packaging, the dated receipt or purchase order, or other proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, within 90 days of purchasing your genuine VITRO product. We will inspect your device to verify that it is a genuine VITRO product, and if so, repair or replace it if it is received within 90 days of the date of purchase.
